After a long COVID interlude, Jacquelyn Ross (Pomo and Coast Miwok) will be reporting back on her 2019 trip to Hokkaido, Japan. As a Turtle Island delegate to the Indigenous Terra Madre gathering, Jacquelyn was able to learn about food issues of traditional communities.

Jacquelyn will be sharing slides from the trip; highlights of interactions; and some tips for people wanting to engage in international community-building work.
