Nora Zade (Pomo, Konkow, Yuki, Wailaki, Pawnee, and Tsalagi) is the Program Coordinator for the Native American Retention Initiative and Native American Affairs at UC Davis. She will be presenting about her research on Tribal Liaison positions and Tribal Affairs office structures at universities throughout the nation. This presentation will provide important context for how the new Senior Strategic Advisor on Native American/Alaskan Native and First Nation Affairs position at UC Davis fits into the national conversation of university-tribal relations.
